Out of concern for employees and patients of the Methodist Wellmobile, we have the following screening cancellation policy. This policy is designed to establish a protocol for how screenings will be canceled with minimum notice.

Notice of cancellation will be conveyed to various media outlets for dissemination to the public. 

Please tune into the following stations
for cancellation notices: 

WMBD TV, WYZZ TV, WEEK TV, WHOI,

JMP Radio
Group (LITE ROCK 107, 93.3 The Drive, WMBD, WIRL, and 104.9 The Wolf)

Any screening scheduled when an excess of 6 inches of snow, freezing rain or excessive ice is expected will be canceled.

Every attempt will be made to refrain from scheduling winter screenings prior to 7:30 am.  This should allow time for adequate snow removal on the roads.

Cancellations can only be made by contact at screening location, Methodist (MMCI) Health Education Representative and/or JMP Media Wellmobile Director.

All screening locations that are canceled will be offered an
opportunity to reschedule the screening.
